Shipping costs and delivery

The actual shipping costs vary by destination and product characteristics, they are calculated and displayed in Check-out after confirmation of the shipping address.
The delivery time usually takes between 3 and 14 working days, depending on the destination.
If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already received.
In case of doubtful delivery address information as well as unstable residence (e.g. hotel), we reserve the right to retrieve the parcel or deliver to the billing address.
Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations is not possible.

Different delivery address

Of course you can have your orders sent to different addresses.

To do so, simply enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address in the order process.
