Information for B2B Customers

This store is primarily operated as a retail store for individual customers and does not manage export certificates.

If you wish to make a purchase on behalf of a company, please follow these steps to register a B2B customer account:

1. During registration, select the “Company B2B” group and fill out all required fields.
2. Complete the registration by clicking the “Create an account” button.
3. You will receive a confirmation of your registration. In the meantime, the store operator will manage your company information and prepare everything for the store. This should be completed within 2–3 business days at most. During this time, you can log in to the store with this account, but you will not yet be able to place an order; items will be displayed as out of stock.
4. Once everything is ready, your user account will be converted, and you will receive an automated notification confirming that your new B2B user account is active.
5. Your user account is now linked to the billing address you provided, and the invoice for your order can now be issued in accordance with legal requirements.
